I would have to say there are definitely better places to go. Our service was definitely sub par and our glasses were empty the... majority of our visit. There was no service until we were finished as I took it as wanting a good tip. I still gave 20% butseriously deserved 5 or less. Both our burgers we asked for no pickles or onions and both came with both. I would have saidsomething to the waitress however it was atleast 15 minutes before we were checked on. We might try again in a few months andwill keep our fingers crossed. Read more

I took my 89 year old Dad out to dinner. He suggested Chili's, which surprised me because he is not a fan of Mexican. Both our... meals were excellent! Service was superb too. Kudos to Samantha, she went the extra mile that night. Read more

Fantastic service. It was a slow day, so we got two servers and, boy, they were ON TOP of it. Great food and good portions. The... leftovers were just as good the second day! Read more

Family and I went to ????? we all shared the smoke house platter. We had all agreed that everything was way to salty. The baby... back ribs were just fat. We were not impressed. The service was decent, staff was friendly and on point. The food coulddefinitely use some attention. Parking was ok. We may come back sometime. Read more

This order was a complete and total disappointment. Ordered two side salads along with our entrees today and they were BOTH... disgusting. Slimy lettuce and cheese that has turned to mush!! Not to mention, the inedible and soggy croutons. Been aregular customer for years, and I'm seriously rethinking EVER returning again. Attention to detail makes the most trivial thingperfect. You should always strive for perfection. Read more

I'm not sure what is going on with management in this place because it's been a long time since we've been in this particular... location, but it's going to be even longer before we go back, if ever. We watched the poor service staff and kitchen staff dotheir level best,to not break their necks sliding around in about an inch of water covering the entire kitchen. They wereliterally holding onto counters, appliances and each other to steady themselves while they walked, while also carrying food. Their was also about 1/8" of water covering about 75% of the dining/ bar area. There were also no rugs or runners at theentrance so as soon we walked in, we began a bit of slide show of our own. The staff we absolutely making the best of it andstill managed to bring our food out hot and on time. I'm very well aware of what drain service and/or plumber charges for afterhours service as I deal with these types of situations regularly. I'm also certain that those charges are much less than thecost of an injured employee, from all perspectives. Read more
