Long lines for the drive-thru. I gave up going here because of this reason. Otherwise, food and prices were very good. Closed... Sunday for Religious reasons. Can?t beat those tastey waffle fries. Reason for the 2 star is the lack of consideration for the employees outside. At one point I saw a tent that create shade for... the employees outside. Now its gone and they are in direct heat, with corporate would show a little compassion for them. Little more then just the bottom line. Read more

This was the 3rd time my husband and I tried to eat at this restaurant. The traffic around the bldg was so crowded and we just... could not get into the line all around the bldg. This time it looked like we just might make it. Well we did get on the lineand two employees came to the car to take our order. We had no idea of what to order as we had not been there in years. Wequizzed the employee who could not believe we did not know what to order. and decided to order the simplest thing: chickensandwiches and cokes. Moved to another employee who took our credit card while we are still on the line of cars. I think wedropped around $12 . Finally got to the window...and another employee checked for a bag with our car's description on it. Quitean experience . They had no senior discounts, no senior drinks and no personal touches either. Just keep the line moving! Wewent back to Wendy's the next day.! Read more
I ordered the Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo with a strawberry Milkshake. The sandwich was delicious, so was the milkshake, the... fried could use some work. They were soft and not that fresh. There isnt a military discount despite the website mentioning it.Overall it was an ok experience. Read more
Arrived at 10:30 a relatively slow time of day. And still the wait was just as long as a full lunchtime rush. Had to have some... help order my meal which came out exactly as expected. Hot and fresh which is great. Wish my time was valued a bit more. I usedto go to chick fil a because it felt like as a company they valued their customer. Now it feels like they have no emotion. Thevalue based proposition of my enjoyment of coming to chick fil a by skipping other options to bow wait in an expectedly longline just does not seem worth it. The entire point of a mobile order is to bypass the line and/or get a difficult order in before you back up the drive thru line,... however this chic fil a is the slowest I've ever been to and they have elected to remove all of their gallons from mobile pickuporders. Their lines are so backed up that they have an outer circle of drive thru backup around the restaurant and a verythird-world-country looking "barricade" for vehicles so that people don't "cut" in the 2nd layer of line going around theparking lot. Great customer service as always. The parking lot and drive through are very small and usually the drive thru backs up because... of that. I wouldn?t go here if you are in a rush. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes almost any time of the day. Staff is always sopolite and food is always delicious Read more
