The drive thru window is disgusting. Looks like food and vomit splattered all over the wall. A lot of garbage around it as well.... The Burger was cold and the fries were old. Gave me a drink that had like 2 ice cubes in it. Never again going to this BK. Read more
Food was good (breakfast). A little slow, but understand that lots of fast food restaurants are under staffed.
I went out of my way through rain and traffic to go to Chic-fil-a but as you all know the location by the Walmart was packed so... I jumped over to the Burger King. No one in front of me or behind me at the drive thru. I got my order and received soggy fries,a cold burger, a flat coke and only 3 cubes of ice which made it taste even worse and no napkins. Burger King please do notattempt to make this right by refunding me or giving me a free meal. If you want to make it up to me give me a certificate toChic-fil-a and we will call it even. Read more
The breakfast was really bad. The soda tasted odd & the ham, egg & cheese sandwich was not good. They ham was old & bad. The... French toast sticks were good as well as the hash rounds. Overall, will not ever go back for breakfast!!! Read more
Worst Burger King experience I've ever had. Went inside to order with my family. A young man told me he was going on break and... they were short staffed so they had to close the whole restaurant for half hour. It was 5:30pm the basic food rush hour. So hesaid we could use the drive thru. I spent 20 minutes explaining my very simple and basic order to the drive thru clerk. When herepeated my order he got it wrong so I corrected him but he still didn't understand. I asked him if I could drive up and explainto him why he was getting my order wrong. I was basically just asking for a chicken sandwich without mayo and he couldn't seemto comprehend that very simple order. I asked him politely again to have no mayo in my sandwich and he told me I need to gosomewhere else. Followed by a long awkward pause I then asked again if he had my order and be told me NO go somewhere else. So Ipulled up to the window and said ok now I'm somewhere else what would you like me to do now? He gave me a fighting gesturesignifying he wanted to fight me LOL. Meanwhile there were 6 other cars waiting for their order. He then started talking to theguy in the kitchen that was supposed to be making the burgers and they both stopped what they were doing and were trying to comeoutside to fight me but the door was locked. LOL. both of my sons were in the backseat dying of laughter with me and that's wheni explained to them that the Burger King is dead and these morons have taken over the castle. I hope the manager of thisrestaurant will do something to fix this problem. Get rid of that drive thru clerk and hire polite and kind people. I am nevergoing back there again until things change. The drive thru is always awful. Super slow. As other reviews state drinks are always gross. The guy in the drive through is more... concerned with talking to others than doing his job. They don't greet you when you drive up so you don't even know if they'reopen. And let's not forget the mess up the most basic order. I've seen other bk in Florida and they're much more efficient.
