Down home cooking, place gets really busy, get there before 11 if you want breakfast. Order up front and they give you a pager... to pick your food up in the back. Eat on the picnic benches outside, in the dining room or by the pick up window? Great shoppinginside for quality food items?They also offer the farm for rental for personal events like weddings and parties. We found this place by using Google. ABSOLUTELY a great find! Their lunch menu had many choices and the atmosphere was very... relaxing. Staff was amazing! We had the patty melt and chefs daily special which was pan cooked flounder and dirty rice whichboth were out of this world good not to mention a great house white wine! Price for 2 glasses of vino and the meals were under$50 excluding tip. The grounds were beautiful as well. Definitely worth a visit. Great pork, beautiful grounds, awesome atmosphere! The slaw on the tacos had a mouth-puckering amount of vinegar, though... and... I love vinegar. The pork in them was good.. The Cuban and Reuben were amazing! The broccoli and vegetable salad with the on sitegrown tomatoes and peppers was a highlight. The little store with fresh produce, baked goods, and unique honey flavors wasreasonably priced and worth the look. Read more
This is a walk up and order restaurant with outdoor seating. The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh! It's the very best food... we've had since we moved to the area over two months ago. We ordered the Cuban, which was the best we've had in years. Thebread was perfectly pressed with ooey, gooey cheese, tart mustard and a great pickle crunch. The pork was ample. In addition, we ordered the beet salad. It had lots of fresh, perfectly firm beets, texture from sugar roasted pecans, a sweet, yet zesty,dressing and couscous salad. I cannot say enough great things about this farm to table restaurant. The food is phenomenal while the daily specials are... creative and tasty. The preservatives and produce are simply delightful. They are open for breakfast and lunch and also havestarted dinner on Fridays. The staff is friendly, efficient, and informative. The landscape is a wonderful sight for thegardner in all of us while the food satisfies even the pickiest foodie. Hubby took me and my parents here for the 1st time. B-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l place You order food at counter and they give you a... buzzard thing. When that goes off, you take it to the back and pick up your DELICIOUS food. I was so shocked how great the foodpresentation was, tasted yummy, serving size is HUGE. Well worth it. They have Pepsi products. They also have what looked to bea wedding ceremony area out back. They sell fudge,honey and they literally have a farm that you can purchase fresh locally grownveggies from. Will definitely be going back. Wish they were open on Sundays. Read more
