These people are something else, I work in the mall and the store I work in the ac has been down since hurricane Ian, so I have... a little ac in the cash wraps the uses ice water to cool, just so my associates don?t pass out from the heat. I went to bothstore locations inside the Edison mall to ask if they can please give me two cups of ice for the machine. This first location I went the girl was rude and wanted to charge me 2$ for two small cups of ice. So I went to the other location in the mallexplained to them my situation and the guys flat out said no. Wow way to help your fellow mall employees. Very disappointed withthese people. Therefore I will no longer buy pretzels that I normally get two to three times a week. Read more
Don't care much for AuntieAnne's, normally find it a bit overpriced. However, one of the employees, whose name was Chris, made... my trip worth it! He is incredibly positive and has a good sense of urgency. The girl at the front desk was exceptional. She was pleasant and kind and fun. She went out of her way to get my order even when... it was so close to closing time. But at closing time when the lights turned out at exactly 7:00 the manger came out and therewas 3 customers standing in line. He yelled at her to STOP serving customers! She?s like they were in line before the lightswere out? Then he aggressively came up behind her and yelled it again. I stopped here for a quick snack while walking the mall and was so unimpressed. I?ve worked fast food jobs, I know it gets... stressful, I know everyone has bad days but the woman running the register was so rude. I think her name was bel, my order gotmessed up and she rolled her eyes at me, ignored Me when I spoke to her. A very nice gentleman stepped in, pretty sure he wasthe manager.
