Went through the Drive-thru..great service, gj but pretty peeved that the Arby's Classic Beef N Cheddar is no longer on their 2... for $7 menu!! They replaced it with some weird sandwich that had horseradish sauce ALL over it & it was terrible. Read more
I haven?t eaten at an Arbys in well over 10 years. Why? Well, at the time, the food had gotten bad, service was bad, and they... typically weren?t clean. And CFA had taken over fast food. Haha. But - I guess ?we have the meats? is working since this Arbysis clean, well-staffed with PLENTY of workers who are busy working, well - lit, and a big menu with alot of new items. I just left Arby's at 6pm sep 21 2022 the entire crew was absolutely amazing they are very friendly and very helpful.

Usually love this place. Tonight there was a short chunky blonde middle age lady that took my order and greeted me at the window... and I can hear her attitude through the speaker and see it and received it at the window. I was polite in ordering and even saidthank you to her before I pulled up to the window. I paid for my half pound roast beef and was waiting when after while sheclosed the window and then another worker came over and asked me to pull forward. I waited for several minutes as two other carsbehind me got their orders and drove off before that same gentleman at the window finally came out and delivered my sandwichwithout a word and handed it to me in the window and turned around and walked off. First of all I am a paying customer and didnothing to receive this kind of treatment. They were outright rude and unfriendly. This is not the way you handle customers orconduct business if you want to succeed and have repeat customers. I hope this gets back to that lady and that she gets a"talking to".... Stopped in the drive thru for an early lunch. Ordered 2 regular roast beef, fries and a classic chicken sandwich. Happily waited... 6 minutes for my chicken sandwich, it was wonderful! Order took awhile but it's ok, the food was correct, hot anddelicious. Thanks to the Saturday early afternoon crew. Appreciate your effort. Read more
Ordered 2 for 6 sandwich one fish and 1 roast beef and a large crinkle cut fries. Pulled up it was $9 and change. Paid by credit... card and received my food. The order was not correct only one fish and fries employee said I had to pay $4 more for the roastbeef I told him that both of the fish and roast beef were on the 2 for 6 menu he said since I already paid it would be anotherorder. I said never mind I was hungry pulled out got fries out and they were at best luke warm and the fish was like they pulledout of refrigerator and put it in the bag.
