Stopped at Arby's in Fort Morgan. Went through the drive-thru didn't get all of our food. Tried to go inside to get the rest,... doors are locked. Called them and Maddie the manager wanted us to go back through the drive-thru to get the rest of our food. Only 20 cars in line, what a joke Read more

Me and my family have been stopping at this Arby's for well over 20 years. It is a family ritual of sorts... Every trip from... Omaha - west bound, we stop. Food is pretty typical for an Arby's. This review is about the service. Last time we came in iwas with my kids and as soon as we hit the lobby door some adult child was flat out yelling at the staff. I don't know whathappened, but the staff handled the situation the best a bunch of teens could. Pleased to say the guy left but we hung out andordered take out. Then we walked with the staff to the doors because the guy was still outside. They locked the doors after wewent out. We hung out in the lot till dude left. It's sad to see an adult act like this but the whole point is the staffhandled it extremely well. Read more
They will serve you in and out. Really quick. It's a little outdated. And the staff isn't rude and not nice. They are just ok.... Not talkative. Food is good . Read more
