I absolutely love my local 7 eleven stores and it so happens that the cashier at this on in Fort morgan also is a cashier at the... 7 eleven in brush and he is amazing he got to know me and my father and remembered which lotto tickets dad loved and which cig Ismoke plus he is always very welcoming and sweet ...but honestly he is the only clerk who seems half way with it and he doesrock his night shift at either store but alot of the other cashiers are rude or absolutely lazy or so frazzled they forget howto count back change. There isn't a rating low enough for the service I received this evening. I went in to refill my coffee mug. You advertise that a... coffee refill is $1.00, any size, when I bring in my own cup. I have done this over 20 times in the past few months. Thisevening the man working the register was rude, made fun of me, and was very loud, embarrassing me in front of the othercustomers. I felt so humiliated, picked on, bullied, from this individual. He was trying to get the other customers involved ashe continued to embarrass me.. We have shopped at this location for years because it is convenient and close to home. Neveragain will myself, my family, my friends, ever walk in or patronize this business. I will let everyone know, every social media, and everyone who will listen know how you treat your customers. This was totally unacceptable and you have not heard the end ofthis. Read more
This 7-11 location offers sales but do not honor them. I have gone in twice once for their buy one get one free bottled ice... coffee store brand sale and then for the Fairlife milk sale price and each time the had not entered the items into theircomputer system and employees had no way to override anything. They even had the offers posted BUT nothing could be done. Read more
