Seriously always hit or miss with this place. I know the products used in the establishment are good because I?ve had some... amazing coffee from human bean. But it has to be a staff issue. Went about 30 min ago got a iced raspberry chocolate macadamialatte and the girl in the speaker seemed confused and kept re asking, then at the window asked about my order again and said ?wedon?t have that flavor? I had to explain to her how she would need to combine the raspberry with the chocolate macadamia?paidfor the drink and she was offended when I didn?t tip(I always tip $5). But I?m not tipping when I have to repeat, and then tellthem how to do their job. Got my iced latte haded to me with about 4 ice cubes in it. Almost $9 for a drink that will drink nowout of obligation and because either way it still has caffeine in it. I kept going cause I try my best to support local, butwon?t be returning. Wish this place was more consistent, with staff, staff training, and quality of production being pushed out.The 2 star at this point is because the drive through is the best part of the business.
