The McDonald's by Hobby lobby is better then the one by Home Depot, but come on, it's not brain surgery. Either way, both have... trouble with getting an order correct, or keeping key products in stock. They also seem to not be able to have their smoothieblenders clean & up & running. Manager is a joke. Has hired my wife over 2 months ago and she is still waiting on uniform. And this particular McDonald's has a... hard time understanding what plain means. Read more
So bad. Food was hard and cold. Paid 20$ for fish sandwich fries and 6 nuggets. My sandwiche was so hard, I was not going to... eat it.. I called the manager and asked to return the food and get a refund the next day. I got my Money back. Read more
They mess up your order about 50% of the time, and 25% of the other 50% of the times that they get it right, they just throw... everything on the burger so it's stacked on one side and just meat and bun on the other. Can't even count how many times we'vegotten home (20 minutes away because we live outside of town) and realized we never got our drinks or my sons chocolate milk, orfries are missing, etc. Three different occasions they've left half of the order out when ordering the big mac meal deal with 2big macs, 2 med fries and 20 chicken nuggets. If they weren't the closest option, we'd definitely go somewhere else, and we dogo elsewhere when we have the time to do so. Giving three stars though because they've said they'd make to right every time, andit has started to get better the last 6 months - still several issues, but for the most part, they're slowly but surely gettingbetter. Bring back the mf snack wraps and the chicken finger wraps with cucumbers. I know it?s not ur fault but I swear corporate does... everything opposite of what the people want lol. I?ve heard this from everyone. Read more
