I called to place an order since online was not working for me & when I called the first person told me they couldn?t take phone... orders & then put me on hold to speak with someone else who then proceeded to take my order and then the manager snatched thephone and said we don?t take phone orders. Completely cut me off and didn?t let me express to him that online orders wasn?tworking. As a manager he did not provide a solution either. I had someone waiting in store to pick up the food also so I didn?tsee what the problem was. Very unprofessional & I can tell the manager doesn?t do a good job on informing his employees how thesystem works. Also was very rude. Y?all, I came here to get meals for my small family. I brought 4 meals: 4 piece tender meal, grilled chicken sandwich meal,... kiddie grilled cheese, & Cobb salad. This location, for some reason, always forget food or have not that great of customerservice. They forgot my fiancé tender meal, my grilled chicken meal was dry dry, my salad(down below), was brown, bacon lookedold as well. I ordered a big Zax snack meal. I was disappointed with the tiny chicken strips and mentioned it to TaMara the cashier and she... had an attitude and a smug face.. but when I left I realized my fries were cold and the sweet&spicy sauce was only a couple ofdrops in the cup soooo I turned around and went back because I love their sauce. Not only that she charged me .50 cents for 2...the receipt say .25 cent for an extra 1.... Terrible. Absolutely terrible experience. The drive thru line was incredibly slow, I waited over 25 minutes. When I finally... reached the window, it took several minutes to be acknowledged and payment taken, then seeeeveral more minutes before I receivedany food. I was missing a straw and sauce which was not known until I drove away. I also received the incorrect drink. Plenty ofstaff, they were just standing around doing absolutely nothing. Unsure who owns this place, but I?d reevaluate your staffingsituation, clean house, and start over. Those employees should be ashamed to collect a paycheck. Read more
