The women in there on Saturday night must really need to get laid, because they can?t seem to function with men pretend flirting... with them. I literally put in an order at 9pm paid, walked over to Food Lion, walked around, came back, stood outside, wentinside, waited, asked about my food, and just left. It shouldn?t take over 40 mins to make a grit bowl with premade grits. 3 ofthem literally can?t take 3 steps without turning back around to try and get some attention from the 4 guys sitting at the bartop. One of the guys already told the girl he?d pick her up when she gets off if she was down, sheeesh, just give me my food.And they want higher wages? ???? please. Some of them get paid to much. Same ol terrible service. Might as well close at 10pm. Late night employees really don?t care about work at all! 3rd time... stopping t and ordering and not even getting my food. My server tried her best but the cook took a sabbatical with only 9 peopleinside. Read more
First time in a waffle house and I will never come back. The waffle was limp and the waitress said the badder was probably... blended too long. Then the Hamburger tasted like it was not real meat. Friendly staff and of course good food but our server wasn?t attentive (spent most her time chatting with co-workers), the whole... operation isn?t efficient, and the place needs a deep clean? in other words, this location harms the WH brand and needs newmanagement or a new franchisee. Read more
Typically I don't leave reviews, but I felt some type of way today. I'm a regular at this location. Been going here on average... once a week for the past year. I haven't had many issues with this place until recently. I usually come in either forlunch/dinner on weekdays when I work from home or breakfast on the weekends. Sometimes I'll get up early on a weekday I'mworking from home to come in for breakfast, usually in the 6am hour. Last week I pulled up around 6:40am and was told "sorry thegrill is down". Whatever. Didn't ask any questions. Well this morning I pulled up around 6:30 am and was told when I walked inthey were taking to go orders only. No one was in the restaurant. You mean to tell me that you couldn't allow me to come in andbe in and out in 20 minutes? Also, when does the "to go order only" period end? I also came in one morning before shift changeand one of the young ladies was complaining about second shift as well as constantly whining about being ready to leave. Themanager was in and she was unprofessional towards her and also whining to her about being ready to get off. She barely attendedto me. Usually this place is pretty solid but lately it's been off. The food here was good; however, the place was not.clean while food and plastic utensils were under our table from whoever was... there last. The service was alright, our waitress didn't know too much about the menu, and the waffle had came out much laterthan the rest of our breakfast. I would only recommend this place for the taste quality of the food being good. Read more
Ordered scrambled eggs and the white and yellow part of the eggs weren?t even mixed!!! White specs all throughout the dish. No,... ya actually have to mix up the ingredients when you make scrambled eggs - PLEASE. Hash browns always great as was theservice. But remember to actually mix up the eggs for scrambled, not a breakfast sandwich after all??. Read more
