Regardless of your thoughts on Taco Bell, some locations just aren?t good. This is one of those locations that is consistently... bad. I?d travel the extra distance to a different Taco Bell if you have a craving. Read more

Maybe someone could leave a good review if they were ever open. It never fails when I go to attempt getting food they are... closed! Why even have a location there if you?re aren?t open past a certain time or at all. Read more

Horrible service. 10/22/22, roughly 8:00pm. I love Taco Bell and usually do not go out late but wanted Taco Bell... tonight. Walked in and wait for 5 minutes at the counter. Two guys working and not busy. Finally my daughter says, "maybe weare supposed to order on the kiosk by the door". I did not see it on the way in and the two guys working certainly did notoffer to provide any assistance or direction. We order food at the kiosk and wait. We take the food to the table and unbag it. No sauce. I go back to the counter and neither guy comes to the counter for several minutes. Nobody in the restaurant or inthe drive through. One of the workers instead picks up his drink and walks away. I call out and finally get the attention ofone. I tell him the Taco Bell sauce I ordered was not in the bag. He responds that they have no sauce and will not have anyuntil Monday. I responded that maybe they should put that info on the door or kiosk for people to know. He said, "Yea, maybe"and walks away. 9 Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru speaker. No response. Probably 20 munutes extra in line 5 cars drove off after waiting... time to. I left went to down the road to do something else as no one was in the restaurant from looking in the drive thru windoworgoing to the main doors and looking in. There was 2 cars parked next to the building. I went back 15 minutes later and theywere taking orders. The only person i know was working was very rude. I asked for the general manager which she stated wss her.Bery rude. Then i stated your the general manager again and she said this store doesnt have one im a general manager at anotherstore. She stated if you want yiur order tell me now or cancel it in the app now. I waited 3 minutes at the window that she wadout of view. She gave me my order i asked what store she worked at so i would never go there and she shut the window and walkedaway. This is the fort mill store. My order is 976377. Ss i stated the 2 cars were the only cars parked at the building stillbut she stayed she just got there to open the store as no one showed up. My order first time stated 12:19 on order but that timewas not an option. Need friendly employees not rude. Read more

Getting a Mexican Pizza is like trying to order a McFlurry - they are always "out of stock" and that ice cream machine is always... "out of order". That's okay. I get it. I wouldn't want to clean the machine either and maybe it is a pain to melt thatcheese. I'm an adult now. There are famines and floods and taxes and scandals. Acts of God and cosmic mysteries. Can't cryover spilled milk. I accept that the odds of getting a Mexican Pizza are the same as winning the lottery. Shouldn't have takenthem for granted when they were easy to get back in the early 2000s. Read more

Almost every time I come here I end up leaving and going to Chick fil a instead. They consistently have cars each sitting for... 15+ minutes waiting for orders. The doors are frequently locked so you have to go through the drive-thru no matter what.Sometimes they don't even bother answering at the drive-thru. The staff here is clearly trying to get customers to leave so theycan avoid doing any work. The manager should fire everyone who works here. Read more

Stay away. Store is filthy, staff is rude, orders come out wrong and undercooked with minimal fillings, and all that only after... you sit in your car waiting for a half hour. Last few times I went have involved waiting up to 30min to get my order, with mostof that time spent sitting next to the speaker/mic, waiting for someone to acknowledge me or saying it'll just be anotherminute. I get that the service industry is struggling right now, but this location has far and away surpassed any level ofdisfunction I've seen elsewhere, with employees that are ruder, less helpful, and most likely to mess up your order. This lastvisit (and it will be my last, at least for a few years, by which time I'll have moved away) had me getting scraps ofundercooked "food" with a rude attendant tossing 2 packets of the wrong sauce for 3 tacos, and only after she finallyacknowledged that I was still sitting in her window. Idk why she was so annoyed that I wanted sauce, but I honestly don't careanymore. One final note, not particular to this location, taco bell used to be appealing despite it's always low quality foodbecause it was so cheap, but it now costs more than even Chick-fil-A, a restaurant that has always provided quality. Has thecost of horse meat gone up faster than chicken, or is taco bell taking advantage of the situation by price gauging? Read more
