I wanted is clearly written out but the sub maker obviously didn?t pay attention or just didn?t care. My family loves Subway but this location really could not care less about their customers. I've noticed this several times over... the last 6 months, but today made it clear. Once, I arrived around 7:50 PM, the lights were all on and there were what seemedlike friends of the employees sitting inside, but the door was locked. Someone came over to open it, but said they were closed.Another time I went in, I ordered 4 sandwiches and the person acted very annoyed with my large order. Today I called at 11:30AM and asked if I could place a pickup for a platter for 3PM today. The guy laughed at me and said NO! He said he was in themiddle of lunch, didnt have time to take my order and was probably closing at 3. I understand many places are understaffed andthat it is difficult right now, but this place has not done well to treat customers like they care at all. I love Subway, but this one is having some challenges. Closing much earlier than they're supposed to, and sometimes... automatically canceling online orders. If things get better, I'll chance my score. Read more
Clean location. Staff is nice. I got a wrap from there because I don't like anything else from Subway. Normally I do Jersey... Mike's but I was in a hurry and Subway was closer. Read more

My wife and I loved this location and went there regularly pre COVID. We never had any issue that when times got tough they... wouldn?t follow along with some of the national discounts. However when I went this week and all of their employees weren?twearing masks when they were making the sandwich and walking through the store I lost any faith in this place. When yourcorporate press releases say that you?re going to wear masks and when I get there to pick up my sandwiches I lose trust in yourstore. Sad to no longer shop here but it is what it is. We've been to this location 6+ times since it's been open. We we're very excited to have a newer, closer location that wasn't in... Walmart but the last few experiences have very much deterred us from going again. The first two times it seemed they weretraining and the manager and woman (who's first day it was) were both excellent. The service and sandwiches were great. Howeverevery time since we've run into issues. On each occasion since, the only employees on shift have been 2-3 teenage boys who couldseem like they could care less about sanitation. Three times the boys have come back from a break and came right to the line tostart making sandwiches without washing their hands or putting on hairnets. On one occasion the employee talked on the phone andmade my fiancé's sandwich, switching his phone hand to his sandwich making hand multiple times. The next occasion the tea wasdumped out and put up an hour before closing even though we were still eating and drinking. On the last occasion we came after aworkout and there were 4-5 people in line. One employee was making sandwiches while the other one (who had a head full ofcurls) went from handling money at the register to making sandwiches on the line without a hairnet and wearing a baggysweatshirt. Food from the employees breaks is always left on tables when we're there and the staff acts as though we aren't eventhere. We would love to frequent this location but won't be returning until there has been a change of staff. Read more
