Don?t know the name of the lady but she was making drinks today November 26 2022 , she was an older heavy set lady with black... hair. I ordered through the mobile app and went inside to pick up my 2 drinks, after I had already left I realized they made mydrink wrong so I turned around to get my correct drink and when I arrived I explained to her my drink was peppermint mocha notpeppermint white mocha like I had ordered she then proceeded to tell me ?it was made how it was ordered? so I pointed out to herthat it said WHITE mocha so she said she?d remake it and you could tell she was annoyed she then didn?t read my old ticket andtried to make my drink with 2% so I mentioned to her it was almond milk and she was clearly annoyed and dumped the milk outaggressively. Never in my experience of customer service have I seen someone tell a customer they?re wrong and then get mad andagitated when having to remake a drink that could?ve been made right the first time had the woman had read it right. Yesterday, at around 4:30 pm, I had a really bad experience. The girl working the register seemed annoyed that it took us a... little to decide what we wanted to order (mind you there was no one behind us, so there should be no problem). She pretended shehad no idea what a venti meant and rudely asked if we meant a large, we asked for no cream on top (referring to whipped cream)she once again pretended she didn?t understand, so we had to explain three times what no whipped cream/cream on top meant. I usually stop by early in the morning (6:15ish) before the line gets long. Friendly staff, accurate orders, and hot food. I... usually dread going to Starbucks but this one seems to have their ducks in a row. Will definitely be returning in the future. Read more
