I have had a cold ,and I asked Erica what she would recommend, and she suggested a mint tea with honey in it. I ordered it and... have been sipping on it for an hour. I made a mobile order and went through drive through with 10 cars ahead of me. When I got to the order microphone my drink... should have been ready as it was already after the time I was supposed to pick it up. The employees told me I would have to comein and wait or go back to the end of the drive through lane which was already at least another 10 cars deep. I asked why peoplecould order at the microphone in the drive through and immediately get their drink. Having two different systems (drive throughand mobile ordering) complicates everything. The orders should come in the sequence it was ordered whether that is mobile orwalk in or drive through. I canceled my order bc they said it would be a 30 minute wait for my mobile order. Read more
Meh. Not good with order execution. Ruined my morning. I'll stick with the Rte. 21 location near Carowinds.
I walked in and ordered. As I stood waiting, I learned that the drive through and ice waters are the priority. I'm still... standing here after more than 5 min, no lie. Still waiting, well, you get the idea... stilllll waiting. I'll stop now but Ihope they finally get around to making my drink. UPDATE: Got my drink, they made it wrong and are remaking it now. This is my go-to place for morning espresso. I usually order ahead on the mobile app and it's almost always ready when I arrive... a few minutes later. Drive-thru is usually fast as well. Quad shot over ice topped with cold foam. Delicious! Read more
An awesome location, with lots of great seating and a fantastic atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the spacious outdoor seating... area. The only thing holding the last star back is the service. Though the staff was extremely friendly and polite, they seemeda bit detached and distracted. There didn't seem to be a senior staffer present, and mistakes/forgotten ordersoccurred.
