Reviews for Starbucks in Fort Mill, SC
Went through a drive through and forgot to add a cakepop to the order for my son. Got to the window and asked them to add it.... Cashier told me that she wont be able to do it and wanted me to go around and stand in line again. Wow! What a terrible customerservice experience! Management should be ashamed to have such employees representing Starbucks. I get it, if I get to the windowand ask for a new drink, it will take time to prepare and I?m holding the line. But a cake pop? Are you kidding me? Are youmixing the dough and baking it? Unbelievable! I guess they need more customer service training in this location because commonsense is lacking big time! This location closes at random times and days so good luck finding it open. Also be prepared to pay more for the same drink... without caffeine in it for your kids! Management and customer service is lacking. Read more
It's a Starbucks. The employees are always friendly and helpful so I can't complain. Plus seem pretty knowledgeable. I don't go... as often as I used to. The menu has changed a lot over the years. If you are into the whole "coconut milk" & "almond milk"movement, then this is definitely the place for your coffee and drink orders. It's right off of I-77 so it's not all thatdifficult to get to or get out of just be aware of the traffic at certain times of the day. This location also has a drive thru. Read more
My husband ordered a drink through the app only to get there and find out the inside of the store wasn?t open. He called to see... if they could bring it out to him since he was in a rush for time. He was told on the phone that they would just dump it out andoffered no refund. After being enraged by that reaction I called and spoke with Gabby who was amazing! She explained where themiscommunication happened she even saved his sticker expecting a phone call and I was able to pick the drink up for my husbandwithout waiting in the drive thru line. Thank you for making this right! If you could please turn off you order ahead when it?sjust the drive thru open that would save many people headaches Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had. Ordered online once I walked it no one greeted me. I stood there for 5 minutes until a lady... asked what I wanted. My sandwich was just sitting on the counter not even in a take out bag just the sandwich bag. I then had tosay that my drink behind you. The condiments I requested wasn?t with my order. But the lady did give me that. The wholeexperience was trash and then a white guy walked in after me and he was greeted properly. I was very disappointed to say theleast. This Starbucks doesn?t ever have to worry about Sierra coming back y?all don?t ever deserve one star. Read more
This is my new local Starbucks, it is new and just opened a month ago. It is very clean inside, the service is on-point. I had... Anna wait on me the last few times I was there, the service is efficient and friendly to where they got to know me on a firstname basis. The staff here always been great! The location is easy and convenient to get to especially from off Interstate 77. Read more
I normally NEVER have an issue with this Starbucks but this is something I can?t help but post. I asked for a grilled cheese,... and this is what I got. The cheese was still frozen in the middle. I know you take these out of the packages and then placethem in the oven and then pull them out, so you had to see that it was not melted AT ALL. I?m not sure why this happened butjust making this aware so you double check your food before you?re already at work and can?t take it back. Read more
I used the drive thru and after paying for my order I noticed I was missing something. After pointing it out to the person... working the window they looked at the receipt and said ?you didn?t order that sir?. I explained that though it may not be on thereceipt I did in fact ask for it and I don?t mind paying for what I want. I was then told ?this is why we ask if you would likeanything else, and ask if your order is correct on the screen?. Now I don?t know if the person who took my order was new, however they did not ask me about the order on the screen, they did ask if I wanted anything else, and going back to the screen?nothing was on it and he told me to pull around. Now back to the window? after expressing I?m fine with paying for what I wantand explaining the ?screen? issue, she then began explaining how she doesn?t work the window so it isn?t her fault, tells theguy who took my order to do a better job (I?m summarizing) and then debated who was going to get my additional item. Thislocation seems to have a hard time all the time. I live less than 5 minutes from this store, but will be driving to BaxterVillage for my coffee from here on out. It?s a shame that customer service has gone out the window and we are supposed toaccept it as the ?new norm? Read more
