OMG?.where do I start!?!? So honestly I stumbled across this place because I was so sleepy at work that I couldn?t even focus so... I decided to see if The Juice Bar had a smoothie that would boost my energy. While in there I noticed some interesting stuff onthe menu?specifically the smoothie bowls which have been a favorite of mine since trying them in Charleston SC a few years ago.The second time I went back I tried the smoothie bowl and I was impressed. It was delicious and I?ve been going back during mylunch since that moment. Aside from the fact that the options available are really good?they are also good for you! The Juice Bar Fort Mill is fantastic. Their smoothies are amazing and customizable if you have allergies or dietary preferences.... The owner, Alyssa, always remembers my name and recommends options that fit my needs. I struggle with inflammation and alwaysadd the Earthy Gold shot.
