This locations is going downhill. I?ve been waiting on what will be my last order for entirely too long. Ordered on the app,... no updates, not out for delivery, no clue if/when I will get my order. This location used to be ok but the delivery times havebeen getting worse and worse. Save yourself some frustration and do not order anything from them. This is definitely my lastorder. Update: I called after waiting an hour I called and was told they did not have a delivery driver. Ha! They voided myorder, fingers crossed I get a refund. Good luck to the owner of this store, sounds like you need it. Read more

They had zero fountain drinks. Waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes with no answer. Said ?hello??? no answer.... Pulled around and waited another 15 minutes just to get my order taken. Mind you the place had only 3 cars in the lot.Scarowinds traffic prevented me from going elsewhere or believe me, I would have. The guy making the Food was nice but he wasnot the one who was supposed to be working the window register. It was actually ridiculous. Read more

Waited over 40 minutes before calling to find out what the delay on my order was. Then the person on the phone said they don?t... have a driver. When I asked why was I still able to place a delivery order they ignored that question and just said ?well wedon?t have a driver? so I told them to void the transaction and asked how soon will I get a confirmation email stating the orderwas voided. This child?s response was ?3-5 business day.? I laughed and said: for an email??? 3-5 business days. CLEARLY I wasdealing with a child. The manager or owner isn?t there to run his business so it?s being run to the ground. So what did I do. Iwent I to the store because I needed to know what was the deal. Apparently the manager/owner doesn?t trust the children toprocess refunds but trusts them in the store by themselves so I have to wait till tomorrow to see my refund. So, I can guaranteeI will return before leaving town. Jimmy John?s Corporate needs to remove this trash location from an option through their appcause had I seen these reviews before I would have NEVER ordered from here. Read more

Ordered pickup by drive through and sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes, lady in front of me started honking, the... person behind me reversed out of the drive through so I did the same. Went in the store to pick it up where I saw only 3workers. 1 was sweeping and other 2 are slowly walking around around putting together orders. I told them I had a pick up orderand they said they couldn?t find it so I double checked that I placed it at the right location- which I did so then the manslowly looks around says he can?t find it so was going to go make another then sees a bag in the corner and says ?oh?. It was myorder. Took almost half an hour for a sandwich I placed ahead of time. After reading all the other reviews this location justneeds to be torn down. Avoid it!!! Read more

Came inside to place my order. My heart sank when I realized there was only one woman running the entire store and handling the... drive thru, walk-in, and online orders. Despite this, she was incredibly kind given the stress she has to be under. Yes, ourorder took some time, but we gave her kindness and patience and got plenty of it back plus the standard level of Jimmy John?squality in our food. Shame on the owners and managers of this franchise for not stepping up and leaving this poor woman to workon her own. She deserves 95% of the profits from the constant stream of orders she was working with in the hour we spent here. Read more

I've been patient with this location. We moved into a nearby neighborhood about a year ago and our first meal in our new home... was delivery from this location. For the first 6 months or so JJs was part of our monthly lineup of delivery options usuallyordering about twice per month. When the spring came around, we placed an order through the App and about 45 minutes later thetracker still stated it was still at the store, so I called. I was told they'd deliver it right away, which turned into 20 moreminutes of waiting. I thought "maybe this was a one-off because stuff happens". Fast forward 3-4 weeks and we place anotherorder through the app. This time it's over an hour and nothing has changed. I called the store and was put on hold, which wasessentially them putting the phone done on the counter somewhere. Eventually someone hung up. After several more attempts I saidI'd just come in and pick it up. I show up and they guy was just stating my order an hour and a half later. He's the only guythere and the indoor lunch rush had essentially put all delivery orders on hold. I felt bad for him but it's not his fault thisstore is ran/operated so poorly. So several months go by and I thought maybe this store had gotten its act together. So iordered through the app tonight. About 30 minutes later I get a call from the store they can't fulfill my order because theyhave no driver. What business that prides themselves on "freaky fast delivery" constantly has no delivery drivers to fulfillthose orders. I had to yet again drive to the location and pick up my order. They are slow as molasses, faithfully. I waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru today. I was asked three times over the course of... 20 minutes if I?d paid yet ( I had). Given the wrong order- despite being asked twice what my order was. I still hadn?t receivedmy order and decided to get a refund because I?d used up my entire lunch break. I?ve continued to frequent despite the long waittime, but I think I?ll have to pass moving forward. Read more

I am giving 1 star because I have to. I walked in with my little girl to have a bite.. we weren't greeted. The cashier had an... attitude, she ignored us and raised her voice after I asked if she had a drink on our order 3 times. She just stared at me likei was there to beg or something. Totally unacceptable service. Get a decent staff or close it down. We walked out and got thebest service next door at Starbucks. Do yourself a favor, don't visit this Jimmy John's. Read more
