We went here once and online orders took precidence to people standing in line. We waited over 5 minutes while online orders... were made and 2 employees stood doing nothing by the cash register before we could order. We sat in the store to eat and peoplecoming in after us were told they would have to wait 10 minutes before they could even order. So we went back to going to theTega Cay location which is much faster, hoping this location would eventually figure out the kinks since it just opened. Buttoday we decided to try it again with an online order. That was a mistake. Our order of 4 subs wasn't ready when we got there topickup even though it was 14 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. And then we waited in the store another 22minutes. So it was ready 36 minutes after the time they said online it would be. Even though this location is closer to ourhouse than the Tega Cay one, it would have been faster to drive to Tega Cay and order and pickup and drive home. And that's whatwe plan to do in the future. We know this location is new, so hopefully they figure things out. But unless we have a lot of freetime, we will be avoiding it for now. Read more

I typically love Jersey Mikes. Today was my first time at this location. I placed an online order. One warm sandwich, and one... kids meal. I got a warm sandwich, that was made incorrectly (I asked for no onions, it ended up being meat cheese and onions). My kids meal was the sandwich only (no cookie or water). Hopefully this is just growing pains. Read more
Had a great experience! Even though they were busy, they did their best to work efficiently to get their customers their food in... a timely manner. All new locations have kinks to work out, so being patient is key. Our food was absolutely delicious and welook forward to coming back time and time again.
