This place is amazing they never get my order wrong and I ordered the wrong coffee drink today and went back in the line and the... girl was extremely nice and made me another drink with no extra charge even though I offered to pay. I am not familiar withcoffee drinks because I'm new to ordering coffee out and she was so understanding and explained what it was I wanted and what itwas called and how to order it next time around. Best service I've had at a fast food restaurant in 10 years or at anyrestaurant for that matter in a long time. She should be helping people all the time there. She should be a manager or trainershe was great and so was my experience! If you want a good coffee place that isn't as expensive as Starbucks and who's coffeeis actually better than Starbucks then stop by this dunkin and you won't be dissapointed! Read more

HORRIFIC!!!!! Placed my order thru the app, then went to the location. It took them 40 mins to prepare an order for 3 people. ... 40 MINS!!!! The staff walks around like they don?t care. No hustle at all. Missing items twice. Went immediately home (6minute drive) and the food was cold. Awful service and staff. Read more

Just visited this Dunkin and never will again. This place had a line long drive thru that no one was answering. Myself and... another lady went inside to see what was going on and as the 4 ladies at the front counter look at each other and stated no onehad the headset. UMMMM HELLO!!! If your drive thru is closed it should be blocked off or noted. None of the ladies seem to careave everyone in the drive thru left. Terrible. I?ll drive extra to have proper service. Read more

I come to this Dunkin? every day. It seems they have had a staff turnover the last month and a half. I used to have spectacular... service from the employees. Since these employees have left, I?m stuck waiting for my mobile orders (that are ready on thecounter) until an employee finally comes to the station. I?d suggest figuring out what made the last staff special and focus onthose attributes when hiring employees. Read more

Really poor service the last time. Forgot coffee in latte. Cup 2 inches from full & totally white. Ordering was confused b/c... person inside wanted to turn coffee into latte. Likely new person b/c receipt was correct. Next time I will not leave drive thruuntil I check everything. Haven't had a problem with preparation b4. Read more

THE WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TO...My experience here honestly always is a bad experience but today took the cake. The drive... thru line was ridiculous. I Walked in to place an order and was met by Brittany, although she seemed over welmed her customerservice was still top tier. She greeted me and told me someone would be with me. So she turns to MYA "however she may spell it"and asked could she help me out. Hence that never happened I actually placed an online order. So I'm watching my order get madeand asked her could she pass my food. She tossed it. I WILL FIND CORPORATE TO FURTHER PURSUE.
