Ordered a bacon deluxe burger? The meat patties are getting thinner and smaller by the day. The onion in my burger was thicker... than the actual meat. Also my burger was almost cold?. I was too tired to complain and, in a hurry, to go back to work. Plus -it is not the first time this is happening. Shame! Start thinking about your customers more! Profit is good but this is not theway to do it ? by lowering the quality of your meals! I will not be eating at Culvers again. Read more
Fantastic burger's hands down the best fast food burgers you will ever get! Melted cheese crisp and cold veggies buttered... slightly grilled buns. The staff at this one was friendly fast an efficient, restaurant itself was super clean and well managed. Read more

Met my daughter and family here for dinner. Saturday night, very busy, but staff was extremely efficient and the line moved... quickly. Food was brought to our table in good time. I had a butterburger with French fries, both of which were delicious. Ialso shared some of the cheese curds my daughter ordered and they were out of this world good. The lemon ice I got to drink wasalso excellent. All in all, a very good experience! A bit pricey, but well worth it. Will definitely go back! Read more

Refusing to speak to Customers or even make eye contact does nothelp the cause. To the employees - You are at work and you owe it to yourself, your Employer, and your Customers to beprofessional. Thanks to covid and the high demand for staff, you can get away with being rude for a time. That pendulum willswing and Karma will come to you.
