Our family loves Chick-fil-A and eat there often. However, I would not recommend going to the one off Hwy 160 in Fort Mill. ... The last 3 times we have a missing item...1st time it was a sandwich, then a fry...this time a 12 count nugget. I don'tunderstand how it can get so confusing to those prepping the meals to check everything before giving it to the customer. Ishould have looked after the last two instances of missing something but I was in the drive-thru and was in a hurry...anyway, check your bags before you leave... Read more
Great customer service! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
This location used to be the worst around, but they have improved significantly in the past month or two. The fries are always... crispy, and the chicken has been cooked well too. I?m impressed with the turnaround! Still miss the curbside pick up haha. Read more
