Constantly messing up orders! Tonight yet again, we get home and sure enough they didn?t put a sandwich in the bag. Yes, I... should have checked it but I didn?t want to hold up the line and their dining room is closed for renovation so I gave them theopportunity to prove me wrong about this location? wrong choice. Called the manager, they are going to replace it and give me afree meal voucher which I appreciate, but because it was 9:05 there was nothing they could do for me so I am just out of luckfor dinner tonight. It?s not like they have to worry about tons of customers, it?s drive thru only and they are only serving onecar at a time? I don?t understand why it is so hard to make sure the orders are complete. My mom recently passed away, and we ordered Chick-Fil-A for the reception after her memorial service. We knew Chick-Fil-A is... dependable, and people would enjoy it. The whole process was great. The team that delivered the food was so kind to my familyand even helped set up our tables. The food was hot and tasty, and the return process (for the warming bags) was easy. Beware of this chick fil a! You will always be missing fries, salads, or condiments at this place. It?s always something every... time! Why come here you asked? Closest one by the house; or would rather drive another 10 more minutes away when I have time. Bad salads this time too, didn?t even want to pick anymore! Read more
