States they open at 6am. I pulled through the drive-thru at 6:16am. Lights on in restaurant and at the drive-thru menu (though... the menu needed to be changed to the breakfast side). No response at the drive-thru. Waited a few minutes before taking mybusiness to McD?s a short distance away. Won?t return. Read more

Pulled up at the drive thru and waited. When I didn't get a reply I said, Hello. The reply was, Could you wait just a minute? I... replied, Sure. Eventually, I placed my order. Pulled up to the window and was handed an order and told to check it. (She said, Idon't want to put my hands on your food.) It was not my order. She then searched for my order and then asked me to pull up tothe door. I received my order later but no receipt. It took 15 min. for the entire process. No one was especially friendly. Thedrive thru had people waiting for their orders in the parking lot and others driving up beside the drive thru asking if they hadforgot about their order. I doubt I'll be back. My lunch break is not long enough to do this again. Read more

I would rate 0 stars if it were an option. I went to this location on Carowinds Blvd today (7/14/22) just before noon. I went to... the drive thru and ordered " 2 Original Chicken Sandwiches with extra mayo and light lettuce". I was told to drive to the 1stwindow. When I arrived, the girl gave me my total of $11.58. I said to her " Aren't they on the 2 for $6" and she said yes. Sherepeated my total of $11.58. She told me that I did not order the 2 for $6 deal. She refused to correct my order and told me "If you want them 2 for $6, then you will have to drive back around to the drive thru and order them right". I was APPALLED! WhenI told her I was not doing that, she asked if I still wanted the sandwiches. I asked the price and again she said $11.58. I saidI will take then at the 2 for $6 price and she said no. I told her i was leaving. She said "so you are leaving us stuck withthese sandwiches?" I said Yep and left. I have encountered rude employees here before and decided to give them another shot. IWILL NOT return to this location and I will tell others of my very unprofessional and negative experience. Read more

Came to this location on July 2nd at around 1pm. Went inside and placed my order and while waiting for our food was told that we... could not sit inside and that we had to eat outside in the heat. (Keep in mind its July 4th weekend in South Carolina and it was100 degrees that day). So as i look around i see 2 employees sitting in the dining room at different tables eating (inside inthe air conditioning). My question is why were we forced to eat outside in the heat even tho the inside was clearly open? Seemsodd that employees can use the dining room but paying customers were forced to eat outside in the heat. Its obvious that thesepoor excuse of an employees didnt want to clean the dining room so its easier to just make the paying customers sit outside.Burger King needs to screen their employees a little better if this is what they call customer service. I will have to agree with several reviews. Incredibly rude employees!! Food was not good at all. My kids wouldn't even eat it. ... I see why all these burger kings are closing down. If you hate your job that much, then why not go somewhere else? If youcan't be nice to customers then get out of the customer service industry. Be a cook instead of serving the customers. Read more

DONT GO HERE!!! Theres 2 lady's that work in the window and they are the worst and rude people I have ever encountered. I have... gone 3 times in the past 2 weeks and each time they were on the phone and made me wait because they were in a conversation. Thefries never have salt, THERE WAS HAIR ON MY FOOD, and they tried to charge me 27 cents per sauce!!!! This is ridiculous, and haslost my business forever! Read more

I love burger king but the last time I went to this location a rude employee asked me to wait at the drive through so he could... order food for himself. This person then sneezed on my wife's milkshake and proceeded to give it to her. He ignored his boss'sinstructions to wash his hands. We reported this incident to corporate and I believe it was a one off thing. This location hasnever been my favorite in the area however. I will update my review if I ever return. Read more
