Today was not their day. The cashier was great...The girl packing orders for dine in really has no business being in customer... service. She didn't acknowledge people if they came up to ask for something or to let them know that the coffee was out. Thenanother employee appeared to get in trouble for leaving the kitchen to clean up the lobby. Not sure what was up today but it wasnot done well. Read more

This is the third time I?ve tried this place in the last 3 months. I keep giving them a chance because they are the closest... location to me but it?s the same experience every time. 15 people in the back but no one wants to work. Wrong orders. People ontheir phones. A gentleman sweeping the same spot for 20 minutes. Chaos. During my last visit , my drinks were being made while Iwas at the window. There was a brief pause for the worker to make her own drink, take a sip, then continue making mine. Only oneperson can make sandwiches apparently and he is currently doing something else. I?ve seen 5 cars exit the drive thru linewithout ordering before I even got to the window. Never again Read more

I did not enjoy this experience. I waited for about 2 min before someone came on and greeted me saying we don?t have no dark... meat, biscuits.it was a woman taking my order . I ordered a 5 orig supreme combo with bottle water. When i got to window agentlemen with braids or dreads took my card and swiped then walked off came back handed my food and told me wait for the water.He then came back with the water and said have a good day . I stated sir u never handed me my card back he then stated oh andwent and got my card . By this time he handed my card and walked off. I stopped the woman and said mam i ordered a 5 piece it?sonly 4 in the box , she stated oh her bad and gave me two extra tenders and close the window at this point i realized she becameaggravated and walked off before i could ask for extra sauce. To top it all off the food was cold . The fries were colder thanthe tenders. I will never attend this location again due to this horrible customer service expierence along with the food beingbelow standards. Read more

Came here and ordered (2) two piece meals with two sides and a drink. Fries were cold with no seasoning. They were also sweaty... like they?d been in a box for a while. My tea was unsweetened when I def asked for sweet tea. Biscuits were hard on thebottoms and over cooked. Didn?t taste the chicken because I was disappointed by everything else. Really bad experience. Avoid this place! It will be an absolute waste of your hard earned money! Served food so incredibly old, I couldn?t even eat it!... The bo rounds in our orders were so old and brown. They tasted refried! Sausage patty was incredibly pale and smelled horrible!The customer service it equally terrible and stale. I will treat myself next time and drive to Huntersville or Monroe/Waxhaw fora good fresh meal at Biscuitville! Read more

I've eaten here once or twice. The food is fine. It's Bojangles. What do you expect? My specific problem is with an employee... that may work here. I want to clarify that I do not know if she works here, but she was in uniform and this is the closestBojangles to my place of business, so I assume she does. This employee came into my job and was very loud, obnoxious, andunreasonable. She raised her voice at me and tried to make me feel small even though I was just doing my job. I honestly cannotthink of anything I did to make her act this way. I was as polite as one can be at 6:30 in the morning. At some point, she toldme to stop talking and, not wanting to anger her further, I did. She demanded my store number and name because she wanted tocomplain about me. About what? I do not know but I gave them to her. I know this isn't going to do anything, but if she's goingto complain about me, I wanted to make sure I did also. How she behaved this morning is completely unacceptable, and if it'speople like this Bojangles employs, it's no wonder it's going down the tubes. I'm not asking for perfection. I'm asking forrespect. As customer service employees, we are the only people who understand what each other have gone through. We need tostick together. We need to have each other's back. We do not need to belittle each other because we are having a bad day. I domy best to maintain a level of professionalism, and all I ask is that she also do the same. She can complain about me all shewants, but we have security cameras, and my boss will be able to clearly see that I didn't do anything wrong. We ordered a chicken box and was told to pick two sides. We wanted Mac and cheese and Green beans as our two sides and was told... that they were out of both but they had mashed potatoes and fries. So we ended up getting mashed potatoes and fries. When we gothome to eat we open the mashed potatoes and noticed The instant mashed potatoes were not cooked all the way. Also the gravy wewere giving look like sausage gravy that goes on top of the sausage gravy biscuits. I didn?t know that came with mashedpotatoes?? I never had this kind of experience before at a Bojangles we will be returning the mashed potatoes. Read more

The food was horrible. These were supposed to be supremes and they looked like nuggets and broken strips... They were hard and... simply un-edible... I can't understand for the life of me why would you serve something that you wouldn't eat...or maybe peoplein that store have low food standards. 21.00 wasted... never again... Read more
