The food is continuously lacking!! Mozzarella sticks tasted stale like they redropped them multiple times! Boneless chicken... wings? More like scraps from the bottom of the box! Fries are usually cold or lukewarm. How hard is it to drop fresh food when aPAYING CUSTOMER orders! So disappointed with this Arby?s and their poor customer service and food! Update: why even ask forfresh food when they just redrop the same food?? It sucks because I love their mozzarella sticks but it?s on a rare occasionthat they are fresh. They have always gotten our meal correct. The staff is always kind and courteous. And the food is typically what I expect.

This Arby's is amazing. The staff is friendly and kind. 10 out of 10 my family will stop here again.

Chicken salad sandwich is BACK!!! and so am i!! The orange smoothie-type drink w/whipped cream is SO good!! Every so often i... go through the drive thru to see if the chicken salad sandwhich is up on the menu..& sure enough, it was. Its definitely myfavorite thing to get at Arby's. ???? I did feel really bad for the guy working because it appeared he was there by himself. Lucky for him it wasn't crowded at all. My husband tried a new steak burger, which he said was realllly good. I've never been a huge fan of Arby's in general, but we came here for takeout last night after McDonald's messed our order up... and DQ's line not moving after waiting 10 minutes. The women at the speaker was super polite and on point, even repeated ourorder back to confirm it was correct. We got our food (correctly I should add) and I tried the Andes mint shake they had whichwas delicious. Quick and easy! Probably depends on the time you go, but we went close to 8pm. Read more

I was really excited to get an Arby?s here before they opened. However I have been repeatedly disappointed. Today I ordered 5... shakes along with our food abs when I got to the front they told me no drink carrier. But not until after they made the shakes.How do they expect one person to take home 5 shakes without a drink carrier? When I mentioned this the drive thru woman turnedto another worker and said ?just ordered 60$ Of food don?t want to pay for it.? She proceeded to put the shakes into bags andhand them to me. Absolutely ridiculous and rude. Get home and all of the fries are only halfway full. I have given many chancesto this location and every time I come there is an issue with my order, this is the only place I?ve experienced that with ever.They never answer the phones so I can speak with a manager. Done. Won?t be wasting my time with your rude employees and sub parfood anymore. From the looks of it and how dead you were at lunch time today other people seem to have come to the sameconclusion as me. Read more

This Arby's has the best quality of food when compared to the others within 30 minute drive. I can tell a difference in the... smell of the meats. The drive through is rarely backed up but I go at off peak times when I visit this location. I hope theyeventually open the dinning room. This location was built during the middle of the pandemic so they cut costs by not completingthe dinning room. Drive through only. Read more

Stopped in this location today for the first and last time. In two 1/2 lb. sandwiches there was not one regular slice of roast... beef. My bigger issue is that since the dining room is not open, I did not discover this mess until I got home. When I calledas to why I got 8 ounces of slicer scraps, I was asked to return the sandwiches. When the manager saw this, her comment was"The slicer is not working properly" to which I responded, "Did the slicer assemble these sandwiches?" This should have neverbeen served! I can say I will NEVER visit this location again. Very poor service and a huge waste of time today. If this iswhat Arby's is now serving, they have lost a good customer. Read more
