This place use to be amazing but my last 2 visits have been horrible. A few days ago I waited 20 minutes only to ask to cancel... the order because the drinks were not made. Today, the cream in my cold brew looked like it went bad and when I explained to thegirl at the counter had an attitude explaining to me it?s a cold brew it is suppose to look like that. No it did not look likewhat it was suppose to look like because the cream was blended and left sitting on the blender base for 5 minutes before someoneelse poured it in the coffee. Anyways I left it next to the garbage outside the store. 5.64$ straight to the trash and 15minutes waiting for it. I will never return to this location. Read more

I was in the Mac for a week for work. I went everyday and ordered the same thing, Monday - Thursday it was delicious and the... drive thru ladies were awesome. Friday morning was terrible. I wasn't given my recipet even though I asked three times andnever got it. My drink also tasted like water (I order a triple hazelnut latte). They made no effort to remedy this. Later thatday I went back because I needed my recipet and the cashier in-store Andrew was able to get it. However when I told him about mydrink he just shrugged and said "that happens sometimes," no apology, no offer to make a new drink, no nothing. Incrediblydisappointing and rude! I went to a store in Edmonton (once home), explained the situation and they gave me some bonus stars soat least there is that. Read more

I work here, so I don?t know if this is 100% a ?fair review? but I love it, the staff here is fantastic and always makes my day... 10 times better, the manager is sweet and takes time to be on the floor and make people feel appreciated, and the shiftsupervisors are just wonderful people who are constantly putting out fires and doing their job amazingly, all of our regularsare fantastic people and I love getting to know all of them.
