Pretty good drinks/coffee most times.
Every time I go to the Starbucks I feel very unwelcome, they always seem irritated, I just feel all around very uncomfortable. ... even though that?s the Starbucks closest to my house I usually to go to the Timberlea one because I don?t get the attitude therethat I get at the thickwood one. I get that last 2 or 3 days have been frustrating because the Christmas switch, but there?sreally no need for them to not look you in the eye say hey how are you etc. I?ve worked it in the service industry for a lot ofyears and I know that sometimes it?s hard and to put a smile on, but we?ve all faked it. Hands down the best Starbucks in Fort McMurray. They are the only ones to seem to get the right consistency with every beverage... bought. Friendly and courteous staff who knows exactly what they are doing. Can't get enough. Read more
Stood for almost 15 minutes waiting for a single basic coffee. Employees were distracted and uncaring. Condiments were missing.... Surfaces were sticky. This store falls far short of Starbucks corporate standard. Will avoid at all costs. Read more
Beverage quality is so so. Speed of service is one star unless your talking about cashier, they take your order quickly but... making the drinks is very slow. Several times I go here and the employees will have two cashiers and one barista making thedrinks. It would help if they moved from cash to help out and get the customers served. Read more
I dont usually give a poor review based on a single experience but this is a Starbucks and I think it's been like a month now... that they haven't had coffee. Would be more then happy to settle for a pumpkin spice anything.... sorry, none of that either. Infact none of the seasonal offerings are available. Want to take some Thanksgiving blend coffee beans home and make it yourselfsince they can't make it? Sorry, no Thanksgiving blend beans.
