Went here on accident and I'm glad I did. The atmosphere was neat and eclectic with a cozy vibe. I had the farmhouse sandwich... which was great. The pulled pork wasn't over powering and the turkey breast made a substantial meal. The house mad sauce blendsperfectly with the other flavors for a great fresh tasting sandwich. The strawberry rhubarb cinnamon roll was pretty good aswell. I would have liked for it to be a tad more moist but thats a personal preference. The caramel mocha latte was a nicefinishing touch. Excellent restaurant in fort McMurray for freshly made sandwiches and soups. The bread is delicious and baked fresh with... sandwiches made to order. The service is always great! It's definitely one of the top restaurants in town. The only downside isthey're not open later for dinner! Read more
First time here, but everyone told me how good it was. I was very impressed, the sandwich I got (Montreal smoked meat) was so... tasty! If you like horseradish you?ll love it! Also, their drip coffee was surprisingly good as well. Read more
Mitchell?s is a local favorite, hidden jewel in Fort McMurray. The sandwiches are made fresh in fromt if you on the BEST bread.... Deserts are to die for and a variety of home made soups and salads will feed any hungry guy or gal. Awesome staff, great pricesand healthier than fast food !! Read more
This place adds to the community of Fort Mack. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. It's the type of place you... walk into and you don't care If it's crowded because the smell of all the fresh food makes you want to talk tk the person nextto you who's waiting on their sandwich or soup etc. You can see what they have for fresh baked goods or their cold salad andfoods they offer in their fridge for you to take home. There is seating outside on nice days. Staff are welcoming and alwaysfriendly. The menu offers something for everyone. Everything is fresh. I'm from Edmonton & I come up to Fort McMurray 4-5 times a year. Mitchell's Cafe is always a must stop for a breakfast, lunch,... baking good or a great coffee/smoothie. Friendly staff & fresh ingredients, I have never been disappointed! Keep up the solidestablishment & I recommend this to anyone, support family ran & local! Read more
