Came here right at opening at 11Am. Ordered 4 buckets of chicken when it was absolutely dead. They made a big deal about it,... than the manager said it'll be 25 min wait. So we didn't have a problem waiting. But than we go back in after our 25 minuteswait, to be told to come back in another 10-15 minutes. We spent 180$ for a 45 minute wait. They got a bit of a rush 20 minutesafter our initial order, and prioritized them over us. But they were dead when we went in. Tried to order off the online menu while going through the drive thru, and was informed that they dont follow that menu and the... deals are not available . We dined in at KFC in Timberlea. Upon placing our order, our food was served almost instantly and Both our burgers and fries... were cold upon receipt. The food was clearly not made to order. We will not be returning to this KFC location. Read more
KFC is our go to every time my family wants a chill day and not cook. Nenita usually help us in the counter. She is very... friendly, her greeting makes you feel like you want to come back there every day, she is always pleasant and she alwaysrecommended new things. Her dedication to her job is phenomenal.
