My boyfriend went in yesterday at 8:15 last night for take out when he got to the door it was locked with customers inside. On... the door there was a sign that said closing at 9:00. The employees saw him and another man outside trying to figure out what wasgoing on and didn?t nothing but stare at them. Eventually a costumer got up and unlocked the door to let him in and when he gotto the counter they told him they were closed. When he told them that the door says 9:00 they just acted like that couldn?tcomput that. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS. Staff really need to review the Alberta Health & Safety and Handwashing... procedures. I had a terrible experience a few days ago. I noticed one of the line cooks working the Grill Station while wearingSLIPPERS? I thought to myself, that's dangerous and gross. A MAJOR ISSUE occurred when said employee sat down for a few minutesbreak. During his break, he was rubbing his DIRTY and SWEATY FEET while sitting. So we went on 2nd sep Friday n had quite a fair order of about 80 dollars. First things first the staff was so stinky u could... smell them from a mile away so a shower would be a great option. Secondly the most horrible part was I ordered chicken mushroommelt n mentioned it to be bacon free yet I got it with bacon I took it back n requested to change as I could not eat it. N to mysurprise they took out bacon from same burger with bare fingers n brought it back to our table I was shocked if this wassomething required I would have done it myself. Imagine messing up an order of medium fries to go. Really, just imagine! After sitting for over ten minutes while two other... tables of people who ordered after me got their food, I went to the counter to ask if my order was coming. After much discussionbehind the counter (in a language I did not understand, which is sorta rude, ain't it?), I finally got fed up and asked for arefund. The fellow I was dealing with said, 'but your fries are sitting right there,' and pointed to an order of fries in abasket sitting beside the deep fryer. I said, 'no, thank you - I am not interested in waiting any longer for fries that haveclearly been sitting there for who knows how long. Just the refund will do.' At which point the person who had taken my ordersaid something to the man at the counter - again in a language I didn't understand. The man at the counter went into theregister and gave me a cash refund of about $4.50. I paid by Visa and had to pay the tip up front - what a fun scam that is,tipping before service... anyway, my tip was excluded from my refund. I didn't say anything about it because I don't much careabout the .45 cents I tipped... but rest assured, that's the last .45 cents Fatburger in Fort McMurray will ever get out ofme. Really friendly service for fast food place in Fort McMurray. Service time wasn't too long either. The double king burger was... really delicious. Ingredients tasted fresh and meat quality is on par. I would have given 5 stars but they didn't take thesticker off the tomatoe slices. Please check next time. Read more

This was my first time at this location. The food was fantastic. I had the cheeseburger deluxe combo with poutine. I will be... sure to visit again and bring my family along. If I had to pick out something it was that it took a long time to get the foodand I had to send the fries back because they weren't made into a poutine.
