Came in at 1140 on Sunday, enough time for happy hour brunch?server conveniently waited until 1201 to take our order? 40 minutes... later, and still no food. Not a larger table, 4 adults. Definitely not the level of service I expect from Earls. Food came outat 1250. 3 orders of eggs Benedict- all cold. Bacon, cold and over cooked. The offer: take it back ?warm it up?. Very hit and miss?more miss than hit. Have gone five times over the last month and two were quite good and three were quite... disappointing, hence the 2/5 rating. Food and service both seem to depend on who?s on shift for the day. Only time I?ve everseen what appeared to be a manager she spent the whole time flirting with a customer and texting on her phone inside the bar;which was interesting because the place was packed and the servers were obviously swamped. Dinner today was frustrating,frustrating enough to actually write a review. Three guys out for dinner after work?they sat us at a couples booth?the loungewas half empty. Asked to move to a table that we actually fit at, was flat out told no, not possible due to having to keep allthe waitresses equally busy?but our waitress had a table in every corner or the lounge, so not sure why we couldn?t sit at atable big enough for three guys. Guess it?s time to head to the steakhouse down the road or one of the places across the bridgenext time. Shouldn?t be that hard to get a table designed for your party size, warm food, more than a single drink refill in ahour and a half. Also why are their kids in the lounge? It was a lovely evening at Earls last night. Reserved for 12 people. Great music and food. Efficient staff who helped us from... from ordering food down to food boxes and bags for take outs! For all ages. Worth the money! Read more
Came in for drinks and food with my girlfriend and sat at our table for 15 minutes with no service. Three staff members made eye... contact and did not address us while we watched two tables get served immediately after they were seated after us? not a greatexperience at all pretty un impressed. I work in this industry and understand how it can be but this was pretty extreme. Read more
I came by Earls today for the happy hours with coworkers. Have to say Sarah made the experience that much better. She is on the... ball and we never had to wait for our drinks. Her personality is always over the top. She definitely made us regulars at theEarls in Fort Mac. She is quite the asset to this business and is by FAR the best Server i have had a this Earls location! Other servers here should watch and learn. We will be asking for Sarah every time!!! Read more
So I brought my Mother for a nice lunch, so I get placed next to a family with kids in an empty restaurant. Then the kids pee... and they get a worker to clean it up with a filthy stinky mop. I get a great meal but a horrible experience. I ordered a Tacomeal that said I get 4 but I got 2. I couldn?t get the waitress to look at me because she was too interested in the Father ofthe family next to us. My first time to Earls, and I figure my last. Read more
Have amazing items on the menu during happy hour, amazing staff, quick service, really nice location. The patio was nice and my... best experience was that I was greeted by a really really sweet guy who showed me to my table. The ambience, decor and setup isalso very nicely done. I had the pleasure of hosting a business meeting at Earl's over lunch. We were originally going to use the private room however... we had more attendees than anticipated and the management offered us the entire dining room to utilize! We were very gratefulthat they were so accommodating, and on top of that of course we had a wonderful lunch and great service! Thank you! Read more
