Rudest customer service, management cannot answer customer questions or request without attitude. Called at 10:30 am to order a... custom cake. I specified I have a $5 off coupon that expires the same day so I would like to pay for the cake in advance andthey can take as long as they need to get it ready. Was told no issues. Go in at 2 pm and the cashier was the guy that took mycake order, when I proceeded to pay he then went to check with his manager who scuffs and grunts at the request of paying inadvance. Sends the cashier back out to apologize because he misunderstood his managers answer while I was on the phone earlierand now cannot pay in advance and that the coupon is not applicable to my sheet cake (only good for 10 or 14? round cakes).Fine, I didn?t make any fuss and just said to call me when the cake is ready. Fast forward to a whole week later, I heardnothing from this store. So I call to follow up and explained the situation, person on the phone (the manager) has an attitudeimmediately and starts saying it?s not the store?s responsibility to call customers when cakes are finished. I explained thatwhen the person took my order he never asked for a specific time, and that was dismissed. Then she proceeds to ask me a bunch ofquestions like I was ordering a new cake, so I stop her ?just to be clear I?ve already ordered this cake a week ago and I needto know if it?s ready.? ?Ohhhh! You are the person that didn?t come pick up your cake. It?s been ready a long time and youdidn?t come pick up.? I come into the store for pick up, a lady in front was just finish paying for her custom cake when I heardher say ?I don?t know what?s going on but I told her on the phone when I was ordering yesterday that I needed to pick up thiscake right now.? This Dairy Queen location really does provide customer service. My mom showed up 2 mins after the store closed early New Year's... eve. We called the store to let them know we only needed one birthday Ice Cream cake for Jan 1st. They were so sweet andgratiously filled our order so we could celebrate my daughter's birthday with her preferred cake ????. Thank you for taking theextra time.
