Very poor experience. We weren't acknowledged for several minutes upon coming in amd two of our four orders were wrong. While we... were waiting for them to be fixed another customer stood waiting for quite a while and was never acknowledged. He eventuallyjust left because no workers said "hi" or "just a minute" to him. After he left one of the staff was complaining about himloudly and where other customers could hear. Before leaving my brother decided to order donuts for the road and was completelyignored for over five minutes when there was no one else waiting to be served. Having worked in coffee shops before I try to bepatient with food service workers, but the staff here really didn't seem to care about their customers at all and service wasincredibly slow. Oy. This was an experience. Some woman cussed at me bc of the washroom. The staff did nothing. The donuts were a bit dry. Coffee... was okay. Don't worry. I'm sure there are better locations throughout ????????. I bought the TH's K-cups and they're great! Read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Showed up at 10 pm. Asked if they still had soup. The guy walks away without answering and... comes back and says yes, potato, cauliflower and chili. Me and my boyfriend say ok we will have 2 large chilis. He then says ohsorry you can only get one. So my boyfriend orders the one lage chili and I order a breakfast sandwich with sausage. Then hesays sorry we only have enough for a reg chili. So my boyfriend changes his order and orders the same breakfast sandwich as mebut instead of sausage wants bacon. We then proceeded to wait about 15 mins to get these two sandwhiches when we are the onlypeople waiting and when we finally get them, mine has no sausage and my boyfriend has both bacon and sausage.... how the hell doyou screw it up like that?
