Went through the drive thru tonight at 9pm. All 3 Burgers were cold and made wrong. No seasoning on the onion rings.
We always get A&W when we travel to Canada. Food was tasty, hot, prepared correctly and quickly. In the states, that's a rarity.

Terrible service had to wait 30min in the drive through and they still got my order wrong.
We love A&W but this store had better than usual onion rings and fries. We made sure to stop on the return trip.
