Don?t recommend at all! By far the worst experience I have had at a Starbucks. I am waiting to order the young boy who was... taking my order was very very rude. Then I get my white mocha and it is just a cup with milk, ice and white chocolate. I triedto get them to fix it and they looked at me like I was stupid and didn?t fix it. Read more

Additional friendly staff hired and more/better equipment and the coffee experience is warm, inviting and fast. Many kudos to... Dennise the manager. She has outstanding customer service and trains her staff to do the same. And-thank you to all thestaff-you guys are awesome!! Read more

Their staff is totally awesome they are friendly - and work hard at getting the public awaited on and taken care of BUT at... the end of the day the bathrooms are not being cleaned. There are weeks I go in there 2 and 3 days in a row and the same urinespots are still on the commode and coffee stains and dirt stains are still on the sink. The toilet paper has been empty thecommode cover sheets have been empty and the floor doesn't look like it has ever been moved. The hour of going to the restroomsis between 4:30 AM & 5:30 AM so all this that I have noticed 2and 3 days in a row can not be because of the heavy traffic ofthe public. Read more

As far as grocery store Starbucks go, this was a relatively pleasant experience. Dont expect the full menu or blonde espresso or... to have any croissants heated up but if you're looking for a quick fix like I was it served its purpose. Workers friendly andfast. If you want to game the system ask for a quad shot of espresso over ice and add and half for a sub $4 burst. Read more

This coffee shop is trying to save money by having only one person working. I am been waiting for more than 10 minutes. The guy... working today is doing an excellent job but he is doing everything by himself. This is just insane! Save yourself sometime anddrive somewhere else to get a coffee. Read more

I just walked up to the counter this morning. It?s 11/12/17 about 9:45am here. The cashier looked at me not greeting me or even... smiling, while the other girl working didn?t even turn around. I was the only one in line and there was no wait with only onegentleman at his table already with his coffee and book. The cashier lady still kept talking to her current co-worker, ignoringme and gossiping about another co-worker and how there were dirty dishes and the work area was unclean. I work in customerservice and not only is it rude to not greet your customers when they come up to you, but to continue your gossip and discusshow your facility was left unkept and unclean is incredibly inappropriate. This is unacceptable. I will not be returning hereagain. I also hope no one else has to go through this with these baristas. Not Starbucks quality service. -Unhappy customer. Read more

Been here several times, even when the machine broke. The staff are courteous, but like other reviews it seems like there aren't... enough. Cleanliness is important, having worked as a barista I known if you don't clean up every few coffees it gets away fromyou. The big problem I see is management, as they set the schedule and demand what takes precedence. So I wouldn't take it outon the baristas, which I don't think I've seen the same one twice... It's sad to come and see that there's a huge line and only one person taking orders, making drinks. And whenever there are two... people, they prioritize cleaning tasks than customers. I understand that they only have so much labor to provide for, but thisis a little ridiculous. What's the point of having a coffee shop if most of the time you come in you don't even get your orderuntil 15 min after you've walked in. Read more
