For starters, the glass is constantly fogged up and you are unable to see the options that they have. The food itself is... seasoned poorly and is overly salty, practically inedible. My husband went to basic at this post. When we visited him for graduation he tried this place. They gave a lot of food. He only... took a few small bites and was unable to eat the rest. He said it tasted pretty bad....and that's coming from a guy who justspent 9 weeks eating military food. He threw it out. The food is really pretty good. Most of the people working here are nice except one, I don?t know here name but she is a big... girl, height wise, with I believe blondish hair. She is just a bit rude and pushy. The asian lady is super friendly and I amalways happy to see her. I favorite is the General Tso's chicken. I have pretty much stopped going here though due to the rudelady, she is usually the one doing the register, she is not the manager. Read more
Today we experienced probably the worst food we?ve ever eaten there. The General?s Chicken was vinegary and both the fried rice... and lo mein noodles were burnt. My husband paid for a 2 entree plate for me. I got one entree, the burnt noodles and rice. Hechecked our receipt and we did pay for 2 entrees and the receipt showed the ordered items. He took the receipt back to the storefront. A worker actually had the audacity to argue with him that it just ?showed this way?. Needless to say, we got the missingitem. We will not eat from their store front again. Customer service, quality and friendliness are seriously lacking here. Read more
