I understand this is a new location and people are still training but it was just awful. There was no organization to employees... positions. I had to get my drink remade, which I didnt mind at all but it took roughly 8 minutes for me to even be acknowledgedby any staff member at the counter, probably because the young lady on the register that seemed to be more experienced than theothers was responsible for too many tasks. Ive worked in the food industry for over 10 years, no one seems to have learned the3,5,10 rule. And the manager was giving little to no direction to the girls that were training, she was preoccupied in the backof house. Shouldve been hands on in front of the line with the amount of trainees that were up front, especially during a peakperiod. With improper training comes lower retention rate and bad customer service.
