I love Popeyes, but this location has to be the slowest one in the world. You will burn 30-45 minutes of your lunch time... attempting to get food from here. Only one person moves with a purpose (Donald), everyone else is incompetent with no customerservice skills. Nothing has changed from July-Sep 2020 to Oct-Dec 2022. I specific asked for dark meat chicken...asked again before I left and was assured it was all dark. Receipt read correctly, but... when I arrived home discovered a wing, a rib piece and a leg. This is not the 1st time my order was wrong! Read more

I wish I could give it no stars. This is the slowest restaurant on the planet. They are staffed and still there is never any... food being pushed out. I blame management. Make these kids be productive. I've waited an hour for 2 doordash orders severaltimes. This is an army base. Something needs to be done. Read more

The cashier didn?t give us a discount the first time for our two orders. The manager at the time refunded us and then charged us... the discounted price. However, when we later checked our credit card it wasn?t refunded $16 for one of the orders. We asked theworker after waiting 10 minutes if our meal had the biscuits and he confirmed yes, 5 biscuits. We went home and had no biscuits.Our Mac n cheese was half filled and we were missing 2 chicken pieces. The food has been decent and good with each visit. Every fastfood place has it's hiccups but Popeyes has been a staple for me... when I can't or don't eat KFC. On post be careful around lunch, it gets busy. Read more

I went here 4-28-22 while I was door dashing on Fort Lee. I had two orders and the pick up and delivery for both should of... taken at most 10 minutes. When I got there one of my orders was already on the counter waiting for me. But the second one whichwas two sandwiches and some fries. I waited over 40 minutes for. The manager was yelling at her staff the entire time. It wasclear that the staff was handling the volume better then the manager. Eventually she got so irritated she walked off and saidshe needed a moment and shut herself in her office. I know that sometimes the food industry can get over whelming. But yellingat your staff for everyone to in the lobby to hear is just unacceptable. Especially when you are yelling over something so minorlike stop getting fries outside of the fry pan. I?ve honestly never seen anything like it in all my years. When she did finallycome out of her office she immediately went right back into yelling and threatening to write people up over fries on thecounter. Slowest Drive through in 42 years. If corporate doesn?t know how bad their times are, it?s because management is falsifying... numbers. *update? 07JUN21? look like the manager is so bad that they actually crashed their car into the store?
