First time trying it and overall loved it. Food taste: 4.5 - we ordered soup dumplings, pan fried dumplings, general Tso... chicken, and egg plants. I would say the dumplings were definitely delicious and rest of the dishes were good. They all cameout extremely hot (temperature) and just made it all better. Service: 4 - service was generally fine, I asked for 5 glasses ofwater and never got 5 even though I?ve reminded them twice. Yes, we did have 5 people with us ????. It was during busy Fridaydinner time and knew they were busy. Overall I would definitely visit again and recommend it. Read more

Flavorful and tasty! Love the rice they use. Was on the side of our eggplant in garlic sauce, which was a sweet and sour sauce,... as opposed to the normal garlic and oyster sauce I typically see. The same rice was used in the Hong Kong fried rice and was anexcellent side to the flavor packed eggplant. Pork Xiao long baos (steamed soup dumplings) had a thin skin with lots of soupand pork. Pork pan fried dumplings (baos) had one of the best bao buns I've ever had with great pork. Both well seasoned anddelicious. One of the best hole in the wall places I've been to by far for soup dumplings. My friend and I were craving something... comforting and delicious after relaxing at Sojo and found this gem. It not only had soup dumplings but an array of otherdelicious items! So the way it works they give you the menu and a sheet with the items listed on them. You select how much ofeach item and they take the sheet from you. I want to say within maybe 10 minutes of sitting down we were greeted and got oursoup dumplings. Then after that we got the rest of our food. We got the soup dumplings, pan fried pork buns, spicy fried rice(not overly spicy which was good), need and scallion and purse wonton soup. We ordered several dishes on January 10 and the beef broccoli had a curly metal wire in it. Husband called the restaurant to... complain and was told the boss was not there and they refused to give a refund for the dish. Unbelievable! We were loyalcustomers to the restaurant and usually order take out there 4-5 times per month. We had received wrong dishes before but atethem anyway because it?s no big deal to us. But a metal wire in food is not acceptable because it is dangerous especially whenyou have young children eating it. We definitely will not go back to this restaurant anymore. Read more
Honestly, this place may be one of my new favorite spots. The soup dumplings are incredible, the pan fried pork buns were... delicious, the pork udon dish was really good, but that General?s Chicken was the best I?ve had anywhere to date. So crispy onthe outside, but still so juicy and fresh inside. I?ve already recommended this place to a slew of people. Can?t wait to goback! Read more
Throughout the many years that I?ve been coming here, Soup Dumpling Plus has always been the best tasty Chinese food for the... inexpensive price that they charge here in Fort Lee. Staff is professional and nice, food comes out hot and fast. BYOB, and Ireally have nothing to complain about. They menu haven?t changed for as long as I can remember, which I guess it?s a good thingsince you can expect that they know how to cook them best. Still the best soup dumpling in all of NJ in my opinion. Check outthe whiteboard with specials on the wall outside the restaurant and maybe something new is here that you can try. You might wantto come off hours since dinner time and sometimes lunch times on weekends will be quite a wait. Parking is available in thebasement area of the building and if full, street metered parking is available too. Read more
