08-25-22.11.56 pm I went to the Dunkin? & ordered 1 black coffee.He gave me the coffee but this coffee is not hot.I told him... brother you gave me warm coffee maybe it?s made by the day.He shut up and wait.Then he gave me hot coffee and told next timedon?t talk like that and don?t come to the store again.I ask him can I have receipt he told me no because I thought it.Then itold him can I have one new coffee and receipt he told me go to the line and wait.As a Dunkin? customer this is my very badexperience.I went there to buy coffee and I get insulted.He shouting me ,that is unexceptionable.I hope the authority willconcern that mater and increase the service. I love this Dunkin donuts. It's the only one that no matter when I go, it always has good tasting, fresh, coffee. The brew... strength is always good and consistent. The employees are awsume, friendly and nice. They get to know you and what you want. Ipass up the Lemoine ave DD and go here,its worth it. Also this is the only Dunkin that always gives a deal on ground coffee ,the others wont unless running a promo. Read more
Service was sucks!! It there is 0 star option, I am willing to choose. She charged like double tax on my receipt. The price that... is advertised was wrong and She was trying to explain, but she was saying that it is plus tax and tax again. She must be trainedagain to understand what this business is. This review doesn?t compare Dunkin to a Michelin star restaurant, it compares Dunkin locations and similar businesses. This... particular Dunkin location has consistently put out delicious, quick service food and done so seamlessly via the app. The ownerof this Dunkin has done a better job of maintaining quality than others in the area.
