The cashier messed up my order by forgetting to ring up my wife's burrito. When my wife discovered that the cashier did not... ring up her meal, the cashier said in a loud voice, "[t]hat's what I get for helping someone." Her manager then had me go backin line and ring up my wife's meal. Of course, my wife's meal came out after 5-10 minutes after my meal, which was soggy whenwe sat down to eat our dinner. Read more

The women that work that this restuarant have absolutely no sense of what customer service is. They are extremely rude to begin.... The lady that took my order, i was telling her what to take out because i have food allergies and shes giving me dorty looks andsaying "what else u want" in an extremely unprofessional tone. The women that made the bowl said oh we dont have veggie bowlswhen its on their menu. They said they dont have the cheese or pico when again its on their menu and they have it but dont wantto go through the hassle of givinf it to you. All in all, i have never seen such unprofessionalism in a work establishmentbefore.
