This used to be a good location but lately it?s just pathetic. I completely understand if you don?t have enough wings to do all... flats. However, to be obnoxiously rude and continue to make side comments after the fact, is completely unnecessary. It tookover 45 minutes for our order to be completed, we left, realized we were missing 20 wings and had to go back. Not even anyempathy for their lack of attentiveness or communication. Only one lady was wearing gloves and she was working expo. The youngerlady was smacking her head all over the line and probably spreading dandruff thru the restaurant. I couldn?t even stomach thefood when I got home due to this experience. I saw their temp book out yet no documentation on their end. Please be careful whatyou keep out and stay in control of the line because my brother from the state is gonna have a blast visiting you guys! I have to change my review. I used to love this location but recently It has gone down hill. Waiting over an hour for my order.... Mostly, that dude with the baby blue braids on his head is extremely slow, rude, moves at his own pace, and twice I seen him notuse gloves while prepping food and he?s ALWAYS on his phone!! People are waiting forever for their order and it?s pretty obvioushe doesn?t care. When people walk up to ask for how much longer It will take he will either ignore you or say ?you?ll get thefood when your name called?. Idk how this dude got hired.
