I was just there an hour ago to pick up an online order. It was the worse experience I had in this particular location. First... they refused to give my order at the drive tru window. They said? now you have to come inside the store for online orders)really??? When I got inside the young lady at the counter had a demeanor and just placed my items on the counter. When I got inmy vehicle everything was COLD and OLD. Fries like it was made hours ago. Burger was disgusting cold meat plain terrible. Read more

The employees at this Wendy's don't like to give you your change or a receipt. The manager is in on it too. Tell you what though... if I ever go there again. I am video taping from my order being taken all the way to the window. And then calling the police. Mydaughter went and got one meal and gave them a $20 dollar bill and they didn't give her a receipt and when she ask for herchange and receipt they ignored her. If it was me they would have had to call the police on me. Mystery shopper here I come. Trythat with me. Someone's going to get fired for ripping off alot of customers. And I will make a complaint on Monday when thehead office opens. Read more
