Great service from Esther and China while ordering inside the dining room one late night I needed some chicken buggies. The... family pack nuggets came out in about 5 minutes or less. I never give bad marks...but this Wendy's earned the 2 stars. *Credit card machine was down/cash only *only had certain drinks,... that were scribbled on a piece of paper taped to the order screen *Fries were delivered cold Willing to accept this may justhave been a bad night, but the employees were obviously irrated too. Wait time is always terrible!! This was my second visit because I was in that area.My first visit was just for a drink a few... months back. And my second visit was recently for food. It's like you wait so long for them to only service one car at a timewhich is weird because a lot of cars just drive off, but you would think that by waiting so long that everything coming out thewindow would be fresh!! If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. I come to this location on my way home frequently and this night I... ordered, I found a quarter in my burger. It was unacceptable and disgusting. The GM reached out and left a voicemail and hertone seemed very uninterested and nonchalant that I didn?t even bother to return her call. This location needs to be shut downbecause if it?s not the excessive wait times, it?s the lack of customer service or cold food. Definitely won?t be coming back tothis one.
