I go to this wendys on a regular basis. EXTREMELY hit or miss and its miss more than hit. I dont get it. I went to another... wendys this weekend and it was AMAZING. I havent had that feeling from this location in literally over a year and been there atleast 50-60 times in the last year. Sometimes the chicken is terrible here and barely edible, sometimes good, never amazing. Idont get it. The fries are rarely hot and taste like batter or something. It was not like that at the other location I went to.It made me realize what Im missing everytime I go here. Beware!!!! This Wendy's will steal your credit card information!!!! I went through the drive thru and placed my order which... surprisingly took almost 30-45 mins for me to get to the order box to the window which is strange. I only order 2 - $4 for 4 anda small frosty??? Then as I'm paying I give the girl my card and she went to the back of the store and ran my card for $5.98 andthen came back to run my card for my original order! I asked her about it and then she immediately got frantic and said oh I'llgive you cash and I told her no I want my card refunded! I then asked for a manager no manager showed up she just gave me myfood and my cash and said that's your refund!! Why was I charged for that in the first place??? I tried to call corporate noresponse, I tried to place the complaint online error! So I am on here to warn people if you want Wendy's only pay cash andcatch your order also because they charged me for things I didn't even order! So please be very careful! Today I went to this particular location on my lunch break , for some reason this restaurant has always been a hit or miss but... unfortunately for me they ?MISS?more than anything . As I ordered my food I made the attendant aware that the last time I wasthere my food was Luke warm and my fries were hard from being over cooked .. As I expressed to make my order fresh and that I?mwilling to wait . Low and behold I as I pay for my order I?ve made a habit to feel the temperature of my food before driving off? As soon as I make to work to dig in while biting through my chicken nuggets 6 out of 10 nuggets are ?HARD? . I?m not thewriting a negative review type but once I begin to total up how much money I?ve lost on this location to be disappointed morethan I?m satisfied my twitter fingers begin to tingle . This location is so worried about the timer more than the quality offood there providing . I called the location only for the manager to say ?I don?t know what to tell you ? . I pray a higher upor a General Manager sees this message and take the necessary steps to help assist this location in providing better food . One too many errors, ordered at the pickup specifically asked for no meat, got something in it. Next day ordered at the counter... (being cautious), Taco Salad. Got only salad, Taco was missing :D. Not too crowded inside as most of the customers go for drivepickup. Read more
Close to 30 minutes in the drive- thru line. The person at the window, stated they were under staffed? We also received the... wrong order. My brother had to go into the restaurant to get his correct sandwich. Read more
This is all I was able to enjoy before forking a hair wrapped around my salad ????.. the chicken was not fresh at all and way... less than last time ..They left out my Parmesan crisps this time as well . cash only in drive through, when I questioned it, they said I could come inside if I want to pay with card.... I went across the... street to Mc Donald's. They take cards just fine. Read more
