Drive through line wasn?t moving so we parked to go inside & order. Both doors were locked at 7:30pm despite dining hours being... posted as 10pm. No one came to let us in or acknowledged us. Read more
The worst service ever Employees on their phones just standing around and staring at you. We ordered a number six and waited 20... minutes only to find out the sandwich was never made, customers came in after us and got food before us. It was excrutiating to stand there for 20 minutes while these people took 3 minutes to fold a bag, 5 minutes to put fries in a... cup, they were prepping food like they were half-asleep while multiple people are standing in line waiting for their food. I getit, we're all tired of minimum wage, but this just takes the cake. Incredible. Read more
If I could give this place a zero I would. I just had to call my bank to get a refund from them because they refused to refund... me for my meal. To begin with I got a $5 biggie bag with a crispy chicken plain, with no cheese or bacon. When I got my food ithad cheese and bacon so I asked one of the employees if they could remake it as I didn't want the cheese or bacon. The workergave me a face and said I could just scrap it off, I told her the cheese melted onto the chicken I would just prefer it to beremade as I don't like the taste of the cheese. She then went to another worker who said she would not remake it as it was aplain sandwich. I asked them how could it be plain if it still has cheese and bacon and was told thats what plain is and theywould not be remaking the sandwich. By now I was frustrated so I wanted my money back, I gave back the bag which wa supposed tohave the 4 piece chicken fries and another orde of fries. I asked for a refund and was again told no and they handed me back thefood and just ignored me and walked away from the front of the store. This whole situation was completely ridiculous and it wasuntil I was calling my bank about the whole ordeal was when I realized they never gave me the extra order of fries or the 4piece chicken nuggets. I've never in my life had to argue with someone as to why my food wasn't made right but I guess today wasthe day. Can say I will never be eating here again and will be passing the word along to my office as well. Read more
