This place usually is ok with service, but as I went there today, I went through drive thru first, their accommodating attitude... is well perceived but once mid shift comes in, there seems to be a particular crew members that doesn?t care, they have kidsoutside in the sweltering heat, doors locked and no one ready to help if an adult try?s to walk up, we?ll that?s what my familymember did, he came up with his puppy in hand and asked to use the bathroom, when I drove by I stop, and saw the crew memberdenied him access, as he explained that the puppy was a service dog, he can?t leave him alone and he?s been standing outside fora long while, he needs to use the bathroom, he?s in pain, he explained, they still made him he had to walk back to his car andgrab his Identification and proof, I saw the whole thing, plus the crew members didn?t want to come back to the door, to help mypoor family member, it?s sad because he was in pain and struggling with his condition and how they treated him was worse than asecond class citizen until I heard him venting to the manager, she seem to calm him down temporarily, this type ofdiscrimination is disrespectful and disgusting towards our kind, they need to retrain or fire people who don?t understand orhave the lack of compassion towards your own customers. I was there and saw the whole ordeal of a grown man with medicalproblems come ask to use the bathroom and was refuse and lockout of the establishment until shown proper identification which helater did but left a nasty taste of dissatisfaction as a company for my family experience. Went there today at 1:30 pm 2 people waiting for an order , no one else in the place. I waited about 10 minutes to place an... order , 3 employees saw me , including a manager , all totally ignored me, never inquired ?had I placed an order? I left won?tbe back , went to McDonald?s 1 block east , was in and out in about 8 minutes. I have noticed that Wendy?s customer service ingeneral has significantly gone down hill . Dave is turning in his grave. They need a major revamping of customer servicetraining . Read more
Wendy's has consistently been taking longer and longer to fill the orders at all locations. This particular visit had me waiting... 15 min for one of the salads. Obviously if I had known it would take that long I wouldn't have ordered it. The food was tastybut the experience was frustrating. Read more
The take out window is completely filthy, and hasn't been painted in years. I complained to the staff and corporate for years to... no avail. I will not eat there.!!!!! Read more
The store is unprofessional. Deny my food and order after it was paid for. The night shift manager is rude. Didn't care about... my order and told me to get out the line. Read more

I have gave this place chance after chance! Stay away from this place , this chicken sandwich was $12 and it?s hard as a rock... looks like they threw it in the Fryer to heat up fries are old too!!! Read more
Food was fresh And hot. I don't like COLD food. There was a new employee on the register I had to repeat my order several times.... But that's okay he's in training and you have to have patience.
