All of the condiments was dirty, had to tell Marie to clean the A1 steak sauce bottle of. Syrup was nasty and sticky. Napkin... holder was dirty and nasty. I did not enjoy this place at all. Was seated at the low bar, it was dirty, but they did wipe it offafter being seated. If put into this situation again, I would go to McDonald's. Read more
We had an awesome experience at this restaurant. We loved it so much we came 3 times each morning after the first time. The... customer service was just so on point. Every person who served us was so warm, welcoming and friendly. The waffles tasted great.Went well with eggs and bread. The unlimited refills is a great addition. They even gave us take away cups to refill our drinksand take with us. There was one lady that really stood out to us with her great customer service and friendly service.
